Very patient and thorough, he helped me find out not only a condo, but also what I really expected from the new place. Never pushed me to close a sale, even though I was taking my time, and was going back and forth between alternatives.
He provided a lot of information in the properties I was interested in, and set up visits in many, many places before I found the right one. I am very happy with my choice now. He was very clear on the pros and cons of every location, including new construction that could alter the views, and the value of properties. Very helpful in the negotiations. A great choice if you need an agent.
