Bought a Condo home in 2016 in Mission Valley East, San Diego, CA.

My husband and I consider ourselves very lucky to have been fortunate enough to connect with Art. We have worked with real estate agents before and we were not looking forward to doing it again. He was amazing . He was always one step ahead on every aspect of our home buying experience. He proved to be our greatest advocate during some difficult negotiations and stayed calm throughout the process which in turn helped us to not give up. He went above and beyond in every phase of the purchase of our home. Art is a humble and kind man who truly has his clients best interest in mind and we will always remember that without him we would not have been able to get the home of our dreams. We will never allow anyone but Art to be our agent in the future for any more home purchases .
