Sold a Condo home in 2016 in Core-Columbia, San Diego, CA.

When we moved to San Diego, we found Art Lewis and he helped us find our downtown condo near Little Italy. We absolutely LOVED working with Art and when it came time for us to move due to a job change, we of course went back to Art to list our unit. He did a fabulous job marketing the property and within days we had multiple offers on our condo. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the San Diego market and we trusted his advice every step of the way.

We have purchased many properties in the past, but have never worked with a realtor that was so responsive. Art would ensure we had feedback from buyers and ultimately helped us make a smart decision to close at a higher price point then we thought may be possible. If myself or my husband ever texted Art at night or early morning, he responded right away to ensure we were always in the loop and had immediate communication. Amazing! He also went above and beyond to help us fix open items at the buyer’s request when we were out of town. He is a real gem and anyone would be lucky to work with him.

We would recommend Art to anyone buying or selling their home in San Diego and if we ever have the opportunity to move back to the area then we know who we will call when looking for a home!
