Bought a Condo home in 2016 in Core-Columbia, San Diego, CA.

I recently moved to San Diego and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Marsha Shepard in order to buy a condo downtown. Her knowledge of the local area was highly impressive and her dedication to her work is unequaled. She was available to assist me, a first-time home buyer, whenever I had questions (which was often). In the rare moments when she didn’t know the answer immediately, she did her research and answered in a timely manner. We were able to close early and she successfully negotiated the appropriate fixes to the property at no cost to me.

I can’t speak highly enough about Marsha Shepard and Gregg Neuman. I highly recommend!
